xx999b Responsible Gaming —
Your safety is our priority
xx999b believes entertainment should be enjoyable, not stressful. Use our responsible gaming tools to keep your gaming experience safe and in control.
What is Responsible Gaming and why does it matter?
Online gaming can be a great source of entertainment — but it is only enjoyable when done in a controlled and mindful way. At xx999b we place responsible gaming at the heart of our platform. Our goal is not only to provide a great gaming experience, but also to ensure the well-being and safety of every player.
Responsible gaming means deciding in advance how much time and money you will spend, understanding your own limits, and viewing gaming purely as entertainment. When gaming starts causing stress or anxiety instead of enjoyment, that is the time to be careful.
xx999b has multiple protection tools active on our platform for all users — from deposit limits to full self-exclusion. Learn about all the tools and use them whenever you need to.
xx999b is for people aged 21 and above only. Minors are strictly prohibited from opening an account or playing any games. Age is verified at the time of account registration, and additional documents may be requested in suspicious cases.
Our Protection Tools
To ensure responsible gaming at xx999b, the tools below can be activated at any time from your account settings.
Deposit Limit
Set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Once a limit is set it takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit requires a minimum waiting period of 72 hours — this prevents impulsive overspending.
Time-Out (Break)
Temporarily close your account for any period from 24 hours up to 30 days. During a time-out no transactions or gameplay will be possible, helping you create some distance.
Self-Exclusion
If you are experiencing long-term problems, choose a permanent self-exclusion from 3 months up to 5 years. During this period your account will be completely inactive and all promotional communications will stop.
Loss Limit
Set a maximum loss amount for a given period in advance. Once the limit is reached the session will end automatically. This is one of the most effective ways to keep financial losses under control.
Session Time Limit
Set a maximum duration for each gaming session. When the time is up you will receive a reminder and the session will end automatically. This is very effective for breaking the habit of playing for long periods.
24/7 Support
If you are concerned about your gaming, contact our Bengali-speaking support team. Support is available 24/7 via live chat. Our trained team will help you with complete confidentiality.
